You pay for the average size of your graph each day.

We average the hourly node counts over each UTC day and round up to the nearest 1,000 nodes. That daily average is priced against the node slabs, and your monthly charge is the sum of the daily charges.
A node is anything with its own identity: a person, a device, a ticket, a claim, a transaction. How things connect, such as a skill someone holds or a line on an order, is a relationship and is not counted.

Each Natural Language Query API call counts once. Volume counts up through the calendar month and resets at 00:00 UTC on the 1st.

- Each tier rate applies only to the units that fall inside that tier, not to the whole file. Crossing a threshold never re-prices the units below it.
- Rate
- $0.80 / 8 credits per unit for the first 10,000, stepping down to $0.20 / 2 credits per unit above 150,000.
- What counts as a run
- One upload taken all the way through to a generated forecast report, covering every job profile in your file.
- Failed uploads
- Rejected files and reports that fail to generate are not charged.
- Access
- Workspace-scoped. Uploaded files are retained for 30 days.
